- Close collaboration with IT Recruitment Team in order to speed up candidate's pipeline management;- Coming up with solutions in hiring strategy, advisory on job advertisements and candidates sources;- Reviewing candidate's profiles and running phone-interviews with suitable candidates;- Actively searching for suitable candidates for IT positions by using internal database, LinkedIn and other available sources;- Communication with Hiring Managers and Recruitment Team about current status of hiring process in IT, feedback on candidate;- Administrative support in various tasks related to Recruitment

Duties/Responsibilities:Participation in pre-flight briefings to discuss flight details, weather, and service plans.Performation of pre-flight safety checks.Serving of food, beverages, and other supplies are on board.Greetings of passengers, assistance with prompt location of seat assignments, and ensure all carry-on luggage and personal items are properly stowed in overhead or under-seat storage.Provide instruction on safety/emergency procedures; demonstrate the proper use of seat belts, oxygen masks, and flotation devices.Answer passenger questions about flight information (time, service, aircraft details, weather, delays, etc.)Respond to any in-flight emergencies by providing necessary assistance to passengers including administering emergency first aid and completing reports on any injuries or incidents.Assist passengers with safe and efficient exit of the aircraft.Maintain current awareness and knowledge of established airline safety and security guidelines.Perform other related duties as assigned.
