The role covered all aspects of social media, digital marketing and communications: - Creating a digital marketing strategy for HIP Media to help increase awareness and engagement for all projects. - Social media management: creating a social media strategy for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest and LinkedIn as well as executing it.- Sharing content through various channels to help increase exposure and referral traffic.- Community Management with the Clarabridge programme Engagor (CX Social) and Massplanner. - Researching and implementing new SEO and SEM strategies for HIP Media to help search engine visibility and increase both organic and referral traffic.- Developing social media analytics reports and statistics.- Reviewing of the Google Adwords and Twitter Ads campaigns including optimising them accordingly.- Writing optimised on-site and off-site content (including content for the website. - Copywriting for online and offline advertising campaigns (including a prize draw in collaboration with The Evening Standard newspaper).- Designing and creating the content for newsletters as well as implementing direct e-mail marketing campaigns with Mailchimp and Mautic. - Managing PR activities: contacting journalists and travel bloggers as well as supporting with the editing process for press releases.

Assistant of the project coordinators Francesca Panetta and Tanya Anastasiadis for the special virtual reality installation "6x9: A virtual experience of solitary confinement". Set up the installation at King's Place London, prepared and sent out online communication about the installation to high profile individuals and organisations such as Emily Thornberry (MP Highbury and Islington and Amnesty International UK. Welcomed VIP guests and visitors at the installation. Marketed, communicated and maintained the virtual reality installation on Facebook and Twitter. Edited and proof read the installation flyer, gave feedback about potential improvements that the exhibition runs smoothly and reported daily to the coordinator.

Full time event and marketing manager. Led the organisation of the annual summer festival in September 2014 with around 7000 visitors and a budget of 15.000 Euros. Managed a team of 7 employees and student workers. Developed marketing and communication campaigns for the event, including press releases and online activities on Twitter and Facebook. Created and circulated HTML email invitations to VIP guests. Evaluated the event at team meetings using Hootsuite analytics. Prepared weekly presentations to analyse the data sourced from Hootsuite. Discussed the communication statistics with the whole marketing team and reported directly to the university's committee. Worked as part of the marketing and communications team to organize other university events such as conferences with international speakers from international partner universities and workshops for and with students.

Intern in the PR department. Worked closely with the head of communications, created and circulated newsletters in the HTML format with Microsoft Outlook. Monitored, analysed and discussed CMS data sourced on Salesforce and Facebook analytics with the marketing team. Edited, proof read and handed out "special offers" brochures to local and international clients.

Worked closely with the CEO of the agency. Designed PR campaigns for cultural institutions in Berlin. Allocated marketing budgets and supported marketing campaigns to set up posters all over the city for the "City Library Berlin" and the "History Museum Berlin". Circulated email invitations to the clients' events.

Developed the website www.reinbold-saunabua.de with the CMS programme WordPress as well as the company's Facebook page. Circulated regular newsletters to the clients using HTML formats with Microsoft Outlook. Edited images of the products on WordPress and Picasa. Maintained and analysed the SEO strategies using the data provided by WordPress, Google adverts and Google marketing. Built and managed social media activities of the company on its Facebook fan page, using Hootsuite applications for controlling and analysing the SEO statistics.
