I have been associated with the media industry for over 10 years. I have experienced working for both media suppliers and media agencies. I am responsible for comprehensive carrying out of the activities for one of the biggest telecom clients in Poland. My scope of work includes not onlyimplementation of campaigns but primarily strategic cooperation with client in terms of high performance, brand management, budget management, upselling, while putting the main focus on the agency'sbusiness goals and profit margin. I worked for clients such as: Orange, Carlsberg, adidas, Microsoft, L'Oreal Paris, which exposed me to work with agency's foreign markets and client's HUB.My background is digital campaigns and I have gained a great experience in that field. Nevertheless, Idevelop other areas, which is why I also coordinate offline campaigns. I lead a four-person team. I also have experience in managing a team of people from various departments and agencies on a specific project. I work closely both with specialist teams within the agency and with external organizations (creative agencies, suppliers).Both clients and co-workers appreciate me for high communication skills which is a key in establishing and building long-lasting business relationships.
