In this new role I managed the logging and tracking of our inventory in M2K, Excel, and Sharepoint. I managed the cleaning chemicals, bulk liquid, brewing aids, outgoing shipments, incoming shipments, etc. I completed monthly audits of inventory and ordered each with proper lead time in mind.

Operated and diagnosed problems with an ABB MOD 300/800XA brewing system in a Briggs Brewhouse (1000 barrel) . This required reading TCL computer language (mirrored off of pascal). Operated and diagnosed problems with a Westfalia SA 160 centrifuge and US1000 Filter. Worked hands on through the whole brewery from grinding in malt, through to the finishing cellar. Hands on production of 1000 bbl brews.
