I advance the organizational mission by directing operations, fundraising activities, and events for a national nonprofit focused on providing educational options and resources to at-risk youth and young adults ages 6 to 24. In my role while the organization was based in Los Angeles, I oversaw the full life cycle of events from inception, client collaboration and scheduling, to implementation for experiences ranging from meetings to special events. ► Designed and produced Cinderella Ball, an annual fundraising gala; Camp Cinderella, a two-week summer youth leadership retreat; and Bridging Ceremony, a corporate-sponsored graduation for at risk youth girls aging out of the foster care system and transitioning to college or vocational school. ► Arranged quarterly board meetings and annual staff development retreats in Idyllwild, Big Bear, Mammoth, Lake Tahoe, and Las Vegas.
