Provide customers that are moving with estimates, tips and tools for a successful move. Coordinate delivery and pickup windows with customers and brokers. Provide high levels of customer service. Wrap and pack items utilizing protective material. Disassemble and reassemble furniture at pickup and delivery location. Take inventory of items and ensure that no items are lost during transportation. Load, pack and unload items with care using lifting machinery packing the truck efficiently and safely ensuring that no items are damaged while moving. Collect payments. Operate 26 foot box truck. Handle customer complaints and concerns. Unload and stage shipments in the warehouse

Provide reliable, safe and professional ground transportation to customers. Inspect vehicles. Schedule pickups. Develop relationships with new and existing clients. Oversee hiring of new vendors and staff. Prepare checks and pay vendors. Keep track of all licenses, registrations and payments. Supervise other transportation personnel (mechanics and dispatchers). Analyze and evaluate daily performance statistics. Responsible for ensuring that company is in compliance with all regulations for new businesses. Submit accurate expense reports.
