The company was formally Nate’s Specialty Pharmacy and underwent a name change in 2017. As an Operations Manager, primarily responsible for managing the daily operations of the business and facilitating order fulfillment and the delivery of pharmaceutical, nutritional, and medical equipment while managing a revolving inventory of $500,000 ($300k in store, $200k in Amazon FBA warehouses).-Independently built the department from the ground up and currently supervise 8 drivers and 5 technicians in a fast-paced environment filling more than 350+ orders a day, delivering 3 times daily to all NYC boroughs and Long Island.-Streamline processes, increase workflows, and reduce errors by developing a database within the department’s pharmacy billing system that enables users to scan products and verify accurate dispensing for 2000+ products. -Manage an inventory in excess of $200,000 and implemented an automatic reordering system to support bulk inventory for 5 locations and established ways to cut costs and obtain better pricing tiers. -Ensure a positive customer experience by serving as the final point of contact for any client complaints and guarantee successful resolutions of any outstanding client issues. -Conceptualized and established a Nutritional Pharmacy in Gramercy Park, Manhattan. Curated the shelves with top of the line supplements and set up the technical environment for the pharmacy that included computer set up with retail and inventory assets. -Audited inventory for affiliate stores and created/implemented an order tracking system that far exceeded the performance of other tracking systems at sister locations -Collaborated with a nutritional manufacturer to establish an Amazon Store resulting in a monthly revenue exceeding $250,000, leading to an exclusive contract with a global manufacturer. -Collaborated with management to successfully implement EURAC Accreditation standards of medication delivery and inventory storage.

Progressed through multiple positions within the company achieving a hybrid role of Property Manager while simultaneously overseeing separate operations at Enexia Specialty Pharmacy. Responsible for ensuring the efficient operations of the business and overseen 12 properties housing approx. 15-20 tenants for both residential and commercial buildings.-Manage the property relations for 7 Enexia Pharmacy locations ensuring proper maintenance and smooth delivery of operations on schedule and within budget. -Organize quotes for work through contractors with vendors and create Purchase Orders for small to medium sized projects, including fencing, roofing, parking lots, renovations, and store setups. -Perform building inspections with the NYC Building Dept and FDNY ensuring that each property is in compliance with regulatory standards. -Effectively maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, and community organizations to ensure the smooth operations of the business. -Oversee general accounting and financial duties that include collecting and accurately recording tenant rental payments and reconciling accounts receivables and payables.-Evaluate, approve, and monitor all vendor contracts for commercial properties.-Manage and replenish ATM machines at various vendor locations.-Prepare and maintain contracts and lease agreements between building tenants and commercial properties and perform other office administration duties as assigned.
