Responsible for receiving, record keeping, and distribution of finished parts inventory consisting of engine parts and hardware to support customer contracts/orders, and preparation of items for shipment.Assist with warehouse inventory counts.Operate a forklift or hand truck to move, convey or hoist shipments from shipping, and receiving items to storage and to pack and unpack material

Attend necessary classroom and floor training for good manufacturing practices, machine operation, and safety.Support PMOs in the following job responsibilities:Safeguard product prior to packaging to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.Change and splice new film rolls (lift up to 50 lbs) for packaging.Obtain rolls of film from warehouse and transport to casing area.Identify and clear product or box jams and faults.Check that bag is properly coded, dated and sealed with a minimum amount of wasted product and supplies.Support SKU and or product changeovers, including inspecting conveyors and scales.Keep machines and designated work area clean and safe.Clean and sanitize lines during changeovers from one product to another.Set-up, calibration, and operation of packaging machines with high efficiency and accuracy.Perform basic preventative maintenance on packaging machines, to include cleaning and changing knives/blades, pull-belts, tape machines, and rollers.Troubleshoot packing machines and product lines to maintain performance standards.Other duties as assigned.
