Within this seasonal position I managed credit collections for Booking.com in both the Croatian market other Balkan markets as needed. In a team of 8 I enabled the effective operation of the collection cycle. I was known for my attention to detail and efficient workflow as I reliably monitored all invoice related issues and ensured prompt reporting of overdue accounts to our Team Leader and Senior Credit Controller on SAP software.

In this project management role I was lead support in organising this national Croatian event. Managing a team I oversaw external event queries in regards to financials, fees and accommodation, along with venue information and other event management duties. I managed online contestant sign ups and was the key point of contact for the Presidents of various federations involved in the event.

Collaborating with worldwide weightlifting federations I worked to organise and promote weightlifting as a sport for the first European Union Weightlifting Cup in Split, Croatia 2014. I supported promotion and marketing, managed website updates and all communication between federations. I was also team leader for the accreditation center.

Within this assistant role I worked across many areas of the business. I ensured efficient and reliable communication of information to the Directors. During meetings I would simultaneously translate English to Croatian and vice versa. I also managed procurement and the flow of resources, examination and creation of financial reports, communications with suppliers, creating quotes for various services, all while supervising and applying ISO standards.
