Interface role in a global project aiming to protect intellectual property (information security)- Countries served: India, Thailand, Australia, Turkey, England, The Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland- On site: stakeholder management (buy-in of top-managers), onboarding of project leads - Remotely in headquarter: mentoring & monitoring of local projects

Systematic & sustainable development of around 40 high-potentials:- Around 35 high-potentials took over upper management positions (e.g. restaurant manager) & are still committed to the company (as of March 2020)

I am more than happy that I gave co-birth to this beautiful organisation. Currently I am coaching the board of "Balkans let´s get up!" regarding an upcoming organisational transition (as of March 2020). Some background:- Awarded by the Federal Agency for Civic Education with the Youth Democracy Award 2010 for its innovative approach in youth empowerment. - In a nutshell "Balkans, let´s get up!" empowers young people based on practical project management training. Participants are mentored while implementing their ideas for a better society. They experience that their actions really matter and lead to more of the better in their societies. Many stay engaged, become multipliers and shape the modern civic societies of the Balkans.-Quote from BLGU-website: "Believing in an individual’s power to make a change, we strive for a peaceful and cooperative society where people have the courage to take responsibility and the freedom to develop. From 2007 to 2010 I participated in the educational program "International Facilitation" (scholarship), from 2010 to 2014 I kept beeing engaged within the network of the Robert Bosch Foundation. All in all I: - Facilitated more than 100 workshop days related to project management, organisational- & self-development- Worked in more than 10 different facilitator-teams in 12 countries- Attended to around 20 learning reflection days + several further educations, e.g. on topics like diversity & intercultural cooperation and methods like e.g. improvisational theatre

During and shortly after my studies I was engaged as a local journalist and learned how to tell stories, film and edit videos.
