Hired to establish Creative Services Department in school division of fast growing educational software company. Primary role was to hire team, develop and implement department systems and procedures, create creative standards, and elevate the in-house design team to a level at which they could lead creative development for all design

Developed all creative for small start-up c to c web site. Responsible for brand development, site templates, style guides, and advertising from concept through final production. Worked closely with CEO and President to create and implement promotional programs designed to bring brand awareness.

Executive responsibility for the successful interpretation of corporate sales and marketing strategies in all Creative Services Department projects. To provide leadership in the establishment and growth of new product lines. Manage a team of 25-35 and report directly to Executive VP of Mattel Interactive.
