Full-service shop capable of light and heavy-duty equipment repairs and servicing. Includes body shop, weld shop, motor rebuilds, anything from a push mower to a 160 Ton mobile crane, over the road vehicles, passenger, including buses, electric, hybrid, gas and diesel. Currently pursuing hydrogen fueled equipment and vehicles. Currently have increased staffing to support the workload.

I led a crew of quality technicians performing leak testing, NDT, dimensional verifications, and process monitoring. During this time the staff was increased to support the increased workload. Qualified as a Quality Engineer.

I led the maintenance crafts which included both represented and non-represented groups, planning, scheduling, prioritization, and managing the budget. The staff had to be increased multiple times to support the new work and requirements. I wrote and/or approved procedure and process changes, supported the facilities with current preventative and corrective maintenance repairs, upgrades, modifications, and future planning. I was also heavily involved with the hoisting and rigging crew, working closely with an engineer hired to support their work, the crew members, and any customer needing this service. This included drafting lift plans, verifying lift plans, and as needed, leading or directing the planned lifts or moves.
