With over 20 years of experience in Strategic Weapon System (SWS) operations and training, I am a proven leader and expert in my field. As the Weapons Department Enlisted Leader at Strategic Weapons Facility Atlantic (SWFLANT), I oversee the maintenance, security, and readiness of the nation's most critical assets. I lead a team of over 75 personnel, ensuring their professional development, safety, and performance. I also collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership, external agencies, and contractors, to deliver high-quality results and solutions. Previously, I was the Strategic Weapon System Master Chief at USS Alaska, where I managed the operational and administrative aspects of the submarine's SWS. I also served as the SWS Team Trainer Division Officer at Trident Training Facility, where I developed and delivered curriculum and instruction for all Atlantic Fleet SSBN SWS students. I have honed my skills in leadership, curriculum development, employee retention and development, and strategic weapon system expertise, and I am passionate about advancing the mission and vision of the Navy's strategic deterrence program.
