I started developing software in the early 80's and since then have been highly immersed in most things involving technology. I have experience in designing and building enterprise level and transaction critical systems for everything from hotels to powersport, RV and marine dealerships. Technology is my work and my hobby and I yearn to learn any new emerging technology. I code as much on the side in order to learn as I do at work for my actual job.I have a lot of experience in managing teams and people. I founded a small software company in the late 80's and ran it for 8 years. I've been managing development teams for the better part of 30 years and have a record of maintaining long tenure on my teams. Throughout my career as a manager, I have striven to stay "in the code" and have worked closely with my development teams in all aspects of design, building and maintaining applications.
