Extensive experience in the field of materials design and processing including adhesives, composites, ceramics, metals, wood and thermoplastics. Part and process design background including prototyping, testing, small scale manufacturing, and scale up. Not only must a good engineer be spatially competent, but in my mind must have vision to see what will be required over time for process scale-up and future revisions.
