Supervisor who is responsible for all day-to-day aspects of the manufacturing processes related to BAYER’s manufactured products on first shift of operations within the electro-mechanical manufacturing plant. Accountabilities include leading entire plant operations to achieve superior performance in the execution of financial, quality and productivity metrics. Ensures compliance with all standards, policies & regulations for the safe, environmentally sound production of a quality product. Responsible for lean manufacturing improvements, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, employee safety, corrective and disciplinary action and other specific production goals including changes to productions schedules as necessary.

Manage EM Production lines to ensure safety, quality, productivity and cost metrics are met while seeking out continuous improvement opportunities in lean manufacturing and best practices.Direct supervision of production personnel to support meeting daily performance goals.Ensure consistency of training programs across Bayer Healthcare's EM Operations Plant.Facilitate training programs that encourage a flexible workforce.Interface with internal and external auditors (FDA, BSI, ISO, etc.,).Develop training effectiveness and training refresher programs.Ensure MEDRAD Operations training requirements are met in compliance with Quality System Regulations.Train the trainer course development and delivery
