• Over a 15 month lifecycle, designed, planned, controlled, and then consolidated and presented facilitated after action review and written final exercise report for premier combined amphibious exercises involving 19 nations, 18 ships, and over 15,000 personnel requiring of instituting governance processes, implementing innovative solutions, close collaboration to meet stakeholder expectations, removing barriers, and the ability identify, mitigate, and respond to planned risks and workaround unexpected issues. • Supervised the development, deployment, and execution of 83-person observer-trainers team to Korea to coach and mentor III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) staff during that headquarters’ first corps-level exercise in over a decade and served as the senior controller of the exercise.• Developed key amphibious and humanitarian seminars for 35 generals, admirals, and senior executives during MSTP led General Officer Warfighting Program and Naval War College led Executive-Level Operational Level of Warfare Course.
