I am a Army veteran and graduate of Tiffin University with a MS in focus on Forensic Psychology. I have worked in the social services field for 21 years in the Columbus, Ohio area. I believe in utilizing a coaching style of management to help employees transitions into careers they believe in. Core values are the backbone of our actions and how we move in this world, I feel it is important to ensure we hold ourselves accountable to these core values in both personal and work life. I have been a member of Senior Leadership teams for 5 years and continue to strive to do my best to make a company's goal echo throughout our everyday work.
