Inspect the clients’ facilities to determine any unusual or cyclical work that needs to be done, such as periodically stripping floor wax, cleaning overhead light fixtures or shampooing carpets.Investigates client complaints regarding missed or improperly cleaned areas and takes steps to ensure that the problem will not recur.Managing the WorkforceInterview applicants, train new employees and prepare performance reviews.Issue reprimands, counsel employees about their performance, determine whether additional training is required or, if necessary, terminate the employee.Prepare daily work schedules.Inspect cleaning equipment and perform routine maintenance.
