• I helped lead business development & project strategy for Triangle Associates, one of West Michigan's leading Design Builders, Construction Managers, and General Contractors. My responsibilities included:
• Developed win-win partnerships with existing and potential clients, serving as the solution conduit for these relationships and managing the development process.
• Created winning strategies and led responses to RFQs, RFPs and interviews, identifying key project elements and creating unique and persuasive responses and presentations.
• Developed detailed and successful pricing and fee strategies for CMr and CMa contracts for fee proposals.

• Team Lead on the Gazelle Sports Executive Growth Committee, working with ownership to evaluate potential new locations and growth opportunities. Responsible for development and construction of all new store locations.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis for new store opportunities. Work closely with local real estate professionals to negotiate leases and coordinate the design process for new stores.
• Effectively manage a staff of over 55 people, serving as a leader, mentor, supervisor and trainer in order to strengthen the Gazelle Sports culture and maintain a healthy, fun and profitable sales environment.
• Successfully completed extensive new hire training for over 70 new staff members from 2011 through 2015, resulting in increased sales, staff continuity and customer care consistency.
• Coordinate and conduct weekly staff meetings and training sessions for store employees. Work closely with Gazelle Sports team and vendor representatives to educate staff on technical product details, improve selling.

• Served as Tenant Coordinator for all retail and office space, performing financial analysis, executing contracts, management of multiple architects, tenants and contractors and successfully coordinating budgets.

• Coordinated the design process on the Willits Town Center project. Developed the sustainability vision for high performance design techniques. Initiated an integrated design approach, engaging architects, engineers.
• Managed construction for the Willits Town Center, a ground-up downtown project of 500,000 square feet. This included LEED Certification on all new construction.
• Directed the successful completion of a mixed-use city block with 44 residential lofts, including punch list creation and close-out, coordination of closings with the legal department and warranty management.
• Tenant Coordinator for all commercial retail space, including contracting and managing multiple architects, tenants and contractors and successfully coordinating budgets, schedules and signage
