Areas of inspection include; right of way, trenching, welding and polyethylene heat fusion including electro-fusion, steel and HD poly pipeline installation, right of way clean up and line marking installation, metering station installation, all associated as built drawings, hot tap work including squeeze-off tie-ins, hot work permitting, and landowner relations.Monitor contract crews as a third party inspector for Source Gas, Inc. / Kinder Morgan Inc. Ensure quality assurance, operator and DOT/PUC compliance on high and low-pressure natural gas, steel and polyethylene systems as well as regulator stations (TBS). Set-up pipeline tapping program for Source Gas, Inc. and trained company and contract personnel on hot tapping of high and low-pressure steel lines with TDW tapping equipment. Responsible for documentation paperwork on service and mainline distribution systems for Source Gas, Inc. Scheduling and liaison with and between contractors and Source Gas Inc., state, municipal entities and the customer.

Provided roustabout contractor with general operation advice. Advised management and field staff with scheduling and daily operations. Expanded business and development opportunities in the area of operation. Assisted in training and evaluating field personnel. Provided quality assurance oversight of company personnel as well as client relations.

Provided contractor with technical advice for a Cellulose Acetate Butyrate (CAB) PUC / DOT regulated service renewal project for Xcel Energy in Pueblo, CO. Advised management and field staff on the set up and process of a large scale distribution service renewal project. Assisted in training field personnel with limited experience in gas service renewal. Advised crews in dealing with removal and installation methods of steel, CAB, PVC, PE 2406, PE 2306, and Aldyl ”A” pipeline systems, as well as cathodic protection systems for aging mainline systems. Provided quality assurance oversight of company personnel.
