I bring 34 years of experience in the design, retrofit and validation of industrial and pharmaceutical facilities. I have enjoyed working in various roles during my career, including design manager, design coordinator, schedule manager, project engineer, lead designer and my current role as project manager. Throughout my career, I am most gratified when I am in a role that allows me to facilitate design coordination among disciplines, offices, construction and clients. My more recent project experience includes Lean IPD project site-based construction engineering support as well as facilitating the coordination of construction execution. I have also provided Lean training and coaching along with facilitation during Collaborative Design Sessions.
