I am a corporate attorney based out of the San Francisco office of Goodwin Procter, and I specialize in representation of technology companies throughout their lifecycles--from pre-incorporated start-ups to publically traded enterprises.I represent a wide variety of companies in my practice, from consumer internet and entertainment technology industries, to "food tech" and a number of leading venture capital firms.Before entering the legal profession, I designed and built web-based systems for large-scale organizations, including Camping World and Institutional Investor. Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, I was an associate in the corporate and securities law practices at Gunderson Dettmer and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Silicon Valley.
