Accountable on a shift basis for the safe and cost effective operations of a gas processing facility of 2.0bscfd inclusive of a fractionation capacity of 70,000bbls per day, a total storage capacity of 1,000,000bbls and loading docks capacity of 15,000bbls/hr. Analyze plant data/reports, troubleshoot and resolve plant problems using available internal and external resources effectively. Ensure collation and preparation of all plant shift reports is accurate timely and complies with all facets of completed staff work. Interfaces internally with Marketing, Operations Manager, Plant Superintendents, Plant Analysis, Safety, and other operations support staff. Interfaces externally with NGC, natural gas suppliers, third party natural gas liquids (ngls) suppliers, customers, contractors and industry personnel. Operation of all Mechanical rotating equipment, turbine, and compressor scheduling maintenance programme using Oracle maintenance programme. Support Instrumentation and Electrical department for maintenance of rotating equipment ensuring compliance to operating procedures. Operation of Natural Gas Processing plant by the use of a D.C.S. control system (HONEYWELL) in a safe and efficient mode. Complies and ensures compliance by subordinates of all PPGPL’s policies, procedures and applicable local regulations Contributes towards the development and control of departmental budget Interfaces with the Plant Analysis with the daily production reports calculations, process history data trend Review Plant Log book, permit to work system and all Process Safety Management System (P.S.M). General Knowledge of Laboratory Functions for Gas Sampling Performs necessary technical work in Electrical, Instrument, Mechanical and Construction disciplines as necessary to maintain workflow and equipment reliability Develop plant operating procedures according to Process Safety Management System

Mentoring nationals of Angola in the day to day operations of the marine terminals located at the Angola LNG facility. The Senior Operator is generally accountable for coordinating, directing and supervising the safe and efficient operations of all product storage tanks and dock facilities in a manner as to attain optimum sustained economic liquids flow and extraction and cost competitive storage and shipping of produced products thereof. These activities are expected to be conducted safely, cost-effectively and reliably and must be delivered in a manner that consistently adds value to Angola LNG overall business process.The Senior Operator is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of all site personnel and monitoring product storage tanks process parameters to ensure the safe and economic operation of the Marine and storage facilities. The position interfaces internally with Marketing, Maintenance, Engineering and HSE and external party suppliers, contractors and industry personnel. The position is responsible for the general safety and operability of all the product storage tanks and marine terminals and is the key operative in assessing and initiating primary emergency response actions and any subsequent engagement of the Angola LNG Emergency Response Team as required. Key Responsibilities: § Supervises activities of workers engaged in inspection the Docks and Storage Site to ensure specific operational performance and supervises repair where necessary§ Supervises and monitors maintenance oversight of Docks and Storage areas§ Supervises the operation and maintenance of the measurement local and DCS system§ Reviews all reports/statements used for invoicing customers § Supervises activities relative to tank measurement, switching, sampling and testing of products§ Reviews data such as vessel arrival data in order to plan work activities§ Coordinates safe ship loading activities

The Technical Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the Operation’s Department competency development efforts by working with the Human Resources Officer – Training and Development and the VP Operations to identify technical course content and materials, conduct training needs analyses and test and maintain training software.In this position I conduct research to identify technical training requirements and will liaise with external agencies to develop specifications for course content. Responsibility will also include working with technical service publication authorities in creating services bulletins and technical service training manuals. In this position I am accountable in ensuring that the technical training programs are integrated with the overall corporate training philosophies and established HR training processes. The position is responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering technical training programs for employees in the Operation’s Department in order to develop the group’s technical competencies.
