There is some kind of magic in a creative process that can end with so many solutions, all of them being correct. I consider myself a creative professional that has primarily focused on graphic design, however I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty with something that would provide growth and increase my professional experience. I've worked in the industry close to 20 years, and I'm comfortable in many roles and facets. I've primarily worked in an In-house design setting, but do have a few freelance clients on the side.My knowledge of the printing process starts with laying out the design in the dieline and continues through to proofing as well as the actual printing. It extends to having a good relationship with the printer. In addition to managing multi-million dollar revenue, I have also overseen (supervised, directed, etc.) Magento and Shopify based websites, including design and email marketing.My biggest strength is being able to listen and understand what is needed. Working in groups or being able to collaborate with other creative professionals is preferred, but not always needed. There's just something about a creative environment that excites me. I'm an avid gardener and love seeing the fruits of labor at harvest. With the umpteenth inches of snow in Utah this year, I should be able to get something good to grow.
