I live by Miguel Ruiz's "4 Agreements" and strive to be impeccable with my word, assume nothing, take nothing personal and always do my best in all I do. I put people 1st and take the time to listen to understand first before speaking. I want to have a positive impact in my personal and professional circle of influence by being a "LIFTER" rather than a "LEANER", taking personal responsibility and accountability in all I do. The focus of my orthodontic practice is helping people make choices in light of ALL the information available. By taking the time to effectively communicate, I help the people I serve make educated decisions regarding their health. My orthodontic philosophy and recommendations revolve around AIRWAY, maximization of GROWTH, DEVELOPMENT, & GENETIC POTENTIAL utilizing the concepts of Orthotropics: (changing growth), Orthopedics: (changing position of the bones), and Orthodontics (changing positions of the teeth). Coordination of Orthotropic, Orthopedic, and Orthodontic treatment with the patient and their dentist's lifetime strategy for their dental health is what I do every day. Being a perpetual student, I am always persuing continuing education and most importantly learning from my patients by comprehensively documenting of what I do. This documentation allows me to share what works for me with my colleagues and help further my profession.Napoleon Hill said it best in his book "Think and Grow Rich":"Anything the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve" Taking the time to help others "conceive" what they want to see happen, motivating and empowering them to "believe" they can make it happen, and helping them "achieve" their goals is what makes me LOVE what I do.
