CODIX is the software company that has developed iMX, a unique software solution providing businesses with an event-driven system for the management of activities such as Factoring, Debt Collection and Legal, Accounts Receivables, Credit, Leasing, Credit Insurance, etc.My main responsibilities are:- Ensure proper planning and follow-up of project activities;- Facilitate interaction between various teams – analysts, developers, testers, administrators, etc. for achievement of project goals;- Work towards resolution of project-related issues, resource conflicts, dependencies;- Act as single point of contact for the project – internally and for clients;- Manage the process of offer preparation and delivery;- Manage deliveries and installations ;- Raise management attention for project risks and propose solutions/mitigations.

Main activities and responsibilities:- Manage internal project delivery - project structure, scope, timeline, and financials incl. business impact- Create and maintain project communication plan; control information flow- Manage stakeholder relationships; report progress to management and impacted groups- Coordinate the team’s work to achieve deliverables- Make recommendation for process improvementSome Project Examples:Global Delivery Initiative – 2-year transformation plan for optimization of the Delivery Model for EMEA by in-country fixed cost optimization, through near-shoring & far-shoring of administrative functions and optimization of local structures.Technology Services Efficiency - Reduce on-site events, increase on-site productivity, streamline supply chain, minimize telephony-based cases.Change Management for EMEA Delivery Organization – operate the CM process for EMEA; chair EMEA Change Advisory Board

-Present IT service portfolio and act as the liaison between BTC IT Department and Internal Customers of IT services;-Serve as single point of contact for the business for project-related activities;-Work together with Project Managers in coordinating and managing IT project delivery in order to ensure compliance with customer’s requirements and expectations; facilitate the process of I was actively involved into designing internal business processes and procedures in BTC IT PMO. I have contributed to the development of IT Project Delivery Process and IT Change Management Process.Also, I participated into the development of a Standard Project Management Procedure that covers the whole of Corporate Support Services. This is a proposal for end-to-end project procedure including organizational interfaces, document in- & output, roles and responsibilities.
