Darin is in his 25th year as Managing Partner of Mangum & Associates PC, a specialized boutique securities law firm with clients nationwide and around the globe. Mangum & Associates PC focuses on private placement offerings conducted under Regulation D, Regulation Crowdfunding offerings, public offerings under Regulation A, and other U.S. federal and state and international securities laws. Darin's clients include private investment companies, real estate syndicators, real estate acquisition and development projects, private lending funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, blockchain-related and cryptocurrency token issuers, FINRA broker/dealers and SEC-registered investment advisory firms, technology startups, EB5 sponsors and regional investment centers, opportunity zone funds, oil, gas, alternative energy and mining ventures, etc. Darin also currently serves as CEO of ZuLoo, Inc., a benefit corporation (“ZuLoo”) that is focused on finding innovative solutions to the global sanitation crisis through the power of social enterprise. He also serves on the board of directors for ZuLoo Humanitarian, a non-profit charitable organization affiliated with ZuLoo, which helps to provide toilets, hygiene, clean water, and sanitation to the global poor and underserved.Darin received his law degree from Brigham Young University in 1999 and is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Utah State Bar.
