Oversees all outreach, marketing, management, and counseling associated with the operation of the Impact Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) program, which includes supervision and training of the administrative and professional staff, planning and development of procurement training courses, workshops and presentations, and attainment of internally and externally assigned cost, schedule and performance goals. Prepares and submits annual grant option and budget proposals and all government administrative reports to funders; establishes and monitors specific performance metrics to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the PTAC Program.Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with legislative and congressional delegations, community and business leaders, and other small business support organizations to garner support for sustaining and expanding initiatives linked to the PTAC mission. Conducts formal presentations for decision makers involved in economic development.

Helped North Dakota businesses identify, compete for, and win government contracts. The assistance provided came in the form of teaching, mentoring and coaching businesses through all aspects of government contracting. Primary duties also included planning, instructing and developing curriculum for all webinars, workshops and conferences. Also assisted Program Director with administrative duties including quarterly reporting and budget development.

Officiate basketball and baseball contests for high schools, American Legion programs and colleges in the upper midwest.

Guided clients through the financial planning process. After assessing a clients' needs recommended insurance and investment solutions to help them reach their financial goals. Successfully completed the Series 6 license which allowed me to sell mutual funds, variable annuities and insurance premiums to clients.

Sold copiers and printers and provided hands-on training to businesses and schools in southeastern North Dakota and western Minnesota.
