Senior Developer - ASI SmartBooks Business Management Software - developed using C#, VB.Net & Xaml in .Net with SQL Server backend to create state of the art Accounting software for small business. Responsible for the development of the integration with Credit Card Processing and CRM (Salesforce & Oracle CRM On-Demand) integrations. Redesigned and implemented the security of SmartBooks starting with the Login process through user menu and and other access control points. Worked on many of the features such as the recursive GL Entry/Display.

Java Tech Lead and Manager on project to create a Remote Salesperson Order Java Swing application, that allowed sales reps to add and manage orders that maximized volume purchase orders discounts that in turn resulted in best possible cost for the Rep and pricing for the end customer.The system featured custom Order types that could be combined into a single order, such as Wearables, Drinkware, Engraving, Embroidery, etc. Artwork and embroidery file types were also added to the items so that the detailed information was sent from the end customers office to one of 3,000+ supplier plants in the US. Our customer, who had more than 4,400 individual Sales Reps and Associated sales companies, realized an immediate drop in internal support calls, while routinely reaching 100% reliability in order processing. The Success enabled our customer to reduce their internal Customer Service team from 30 to 6.  Later, an Invoicing module was added which enabled the Salesperson's order to receive final costs allowing them to generate Invoices for the end customers, often times a week or more faster than before. This reduced the float time from when the order shipped until payment was received, by 15-20%. At the bottom line, it reduced the Aging significantly, and increased their cash flow.

Application Development Manager using the 'C' Programming language on IBM AIX systems.  Lead a team that Developed a new generation of Business software replacing an existing legacy system.  Accounting, Manufacturing, and Inventory Control software for 3,500 small to large Advertising Specialty Manufacturers to manage their businesses.  I also managed Support and Testing teams.

Patrol Command was developed for Guard Companies to Schedule routes, Track activity, and Notify when Guards weren't performing their duties. Patrol Command was also integrated into our Custom Accounting application to allow for direct billing to Guard Company customers, saving them significant expense. Because of the scheduling, monitoring and notifications, Guard Companies were able to up their rates as their customers new the Guards were performing their duties. Patrol Command seemlessly integrated with the Accounting system to handle Payroll, for the guards. With an average of 2-3 guards per post, per day, and hundreds of posts, this significantly reduced the effort to generate Payroll while making it more accruate.
