Mr. Preisendorf has 25 years of experience in Civil Construction and Land Development. He began his professional career with Teichert Construction, Stockton District, where he worked for 5 years on multiple government and private projects. He then transferred to Teichert’s Turlock division where he managed multiple projects in the emerging markets of the Central Valley. He was responsible for the coordination of project engineers, field staff, safety department, and developers. Mr. Preisendorf joined the Lakemont Homes team in 2004 as a Land Development Project Manager for the Central Valley and was soon promoted to Director of Land Development for all projects in California. In 2007 Mr. Preisendorf joined Centex Homes, Central Valley Ca. Division, as Vice President of Land Development. In 2009 Centex Merged with Pulte Homes and Mr. Preisendorf was able to retain a position as a Land Manager for the Central Valley.
