>> Serve as a senior information security officer supporting Visa’s core businesses and organizations. Provide leadership and oversight for a constantly changing and evolving set of security activities. Effectively balance security requirements and support speed to market, new technologies, and strategic initiatives for the organization by connecting the right security solutions and resource expertise to drive the secure delivery of new processes, technologies, and business opportunities for the organization.>> Hands-on management of high-visibility, high-impact, cross-organizational programs in support of Mergers and Acquisitions, Data Center Migrations, Vulnerability Management, Ethical Hacking, Network Security Assurance, Strategic Partnerships, Audit, Compliance, and External Customer/Client Inquiry. Managed teams of 8 – 50 across a wide range of disciplines, with a focus on driving efficiency, fiscal management, and value to deliver results for the enterprise.>> Initiated, developed and maintained strong working partnerships between Information Security and Product Development, Enterprise Risk, Legal, Corporate IT, Marketing, HR, and Program Management to demonstrate the value of enabling core business processes in alignment with expected security needs. Utilizing these strong working relationships, coordinated cross-functional builds and delivery of program updates and security presentations to senior executives>> Supported the organization as needed in both a strong individual contributor role as well as a manager role supporting 8-20 global FTEs, contractors, and interns in all aspects of personnel management, prioritization of activities, management escalation, and mentoring.
