• Reinvented the engineering department and led the company’s transformation from being “shop run” to become an engineering driven company. • Developed standards to increase engineering and tool room’s productivity. Implemented processes to eliminate paper prints on the shop floor (utilizing CAD/CAM only). • Managed three in house designers and all outsourced engineering services. • Detailed changes to components of Vacuum Forming equipment. • Sponsor of College Senior Research Project I and II (1991-1992). Found sponsor, identified problem in their manufacturing facility, researched solutions, and resolved the issues. Presented the findings / resolution to my sponsor and gave presentation at a regional SPE monthly meeting.
