Lead product team responsible for design, implementation, operations and analysis of in-home connected research of water and energy consumption to generate conservation product claims. Collaborate with R&D Products Research and Data Science to select and install a suite of sensors in consumer homes to measure water and energy consumption, facilitate consumer compliance, and maintain sensor health. Ensure sensor data is flowing accurately and analyzed to understand consumer water and energy usage habits and use insights to generate water conservation claims for household and beauty products. Also responsible for innovation / product discovery to identify and develop new product claim opportunities across product portfolio.

Co-Lead Global UX/UI Community of Practice, responsible for developing digital design capability, talent and training across a global community of practitioners, product leaders and enthusiasts. Digital Design Innovation leader for upstream development of new product startups/initiatives. Cross-functional collaboration with Design, R&D and IT stakeholders. Partner with BUs to recruit, assess and hire talent. Manage annual budgets.

Lead development of creative solutions through envisioning (workshops, wireframing, mockups and prototypes, use-cases, storyboards) and sell ideas to key stakeholders and senior management. Created UX/UI standards, establishing usability principles/processes/measures and building assets to reapply across Company services. The lead expert for digital design in the organization and provide regular training to individuals and teams. Provide expert digital design and visualization leadership and consulting for senior stakeholders.
