Logistics Receiving Manager
CurrentCoordinate all facets of logistical support property, ensuring the receiving, distribution, and supply configurations were completed according to company policies and guidelines.• Facilitate all warehouse actions associated with Life Cycle Sustainment, Integration, and Training. Ensure shipment of items within 1 day of a properly submitted shipping request.• Process withdrawal requests within 1 hour of receipt for individual LRUs and 1 day for complete system builds. Ensure receipt of material to include providing copies of invoices/ inventories and updating registers and databases. • Submit daily reports on equipment received/awaiting testing and equipment shipped. Update all applicable databases to include, but not limited to, COLTS, SUNFLOWER, and shipping and receiving logs.• Ensure the proper turn-in of equipment to DRMO as instructed by the customer. Ensure that all GFE entering/ exiting and being stored in the facility adhere to the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable L-3 policies.• Ensure all GFE adheres to applicable DoD IUID policies. • Ensure best possible support to customers without sacrificing quality or accountability. Ensure all events are managed by priority and captured for reporting to guarantee customer satisfaction.
