• Day to day operation support for Client Relationship Managers:- Support CRMs on all administrative and regulatory tasks for the fund management in connection with the clients - Preparation and management of UBS Online Services accesses for clients, in relation with their services providers - Active participation and follow-up role on different fund events like client on-boarding, fund liquidation and more - Ensure the best execution of clients’ requests among the intern's team on a day-to-day basis- AML/KYC and regulatory checks- Supervision and training of the new joiners• Contact point for auditors and clients with regards to annual custodian confirmation requests:- Management & follow-up of audit request among Asset Servicing in connection with the client and the auditor- Custodian confirmation folder production, identify and retrieve the relevant data to be provided to the auditor• Special projects:- UBS Luxembourg Fund Solutions: project aiming to present the fund solutions offered within UBS ESE, Luxembourg Branch, presented locally to the country management, material to be used globally- Asset Servicing Processes Review: analysis and improvement of the different processes in place within Asset Servicing
