Lima, Peru

• Megaproject for 35 km of greenfield underground double track railways under PPP (public–private partnership) contractual and financial scheme• Managed 30% of total construction value, for Ministry of Transport and Communications of Peru• Managed signaling, telecom, power supply, catenary, platform screen doors, automated fare collection, SCADA, rolling stock and system integration, • Member of Board of Directors of Metro Lima concessionary and Executive Committee of EPC consortium • Built team of ~100 people including interviewing, defining organizational chart and management• Managed 500+ subcontractors onshore and a further 150+ offshore• Led signature of 10+ subcontract modifications and 20+ subcontracts up to value of $130M

• 15 km of line for Kolkata Metro Rail Corporation (KMRC), Government of India enterprise with EGIS in charge of project supervision• Managed control, signaling, telecom and low current systems

Istanbul, Turkey

• 56 km of brownfield double track railways for Salini Impregilo as main contractor and with ILF Consulting Engineers in charge of project supervision• Managed signaling and telecom systems
