What to say about my work here in TerminalWorks? I am with the company so long that I had a chance to try all the options/positions they offer. Currently, in charge of both Sales/Support oversing all deals made as well as keeping track of the testing department, organizing the open projects and prioritizing them. My roles in TerminalWork:-Started as a Tester, getting familiar with the software and environments that it can run in (The hardest part in TerminalWorks as it was all new to me).-After a few months, promoted to tier 2 support given my improvement and technical understanding of all.-Started managing Citrix, RDP, RDweb environments, building them into our internal environment for all sorts of automated testing. -Got interested in the virtualization technology as well and learned a lot on Vmware, Hyper V, ProxMax. Completed Server Virtualization with Windows Server Hyper-V and System Center in 2014.-Azure and Amazon virtualization were my next two challenges that I needed to get familiar with-Was promoted to Head of Support, combining the Testing and Support offices to minimize the number of internal tickets tracking between the two. -Optimizing the whole system to get easier access to the developers communicating with the clients, setting an internal tracking system-Promoted to oversee all the three separate offices, acting as a "translator" between the client and developers on all custom projects.

-Working sales.-Suggesting clients what components to buy so they do not miss any new-age gaming fun.-Helping out with PC setups OS choices. -Having fun with cable management. -Working in teams

-Strojobravarski obrt „BELAS" Started in 2004 working on all sorts of engineering projects, introduced to welding and all types of metal. Spend eight years working here. Now I enjoy visiting and helping out over weekends if I find the time. -Rijeka sport d.o.o.It was an on/off type project for me happening each year twice. The main task was covering and uncovering an Olympic size outdoor pool with a huge air dome tent. -PROMO LINE d.o.o.As their main line of business was marketing, I was there helping build the props on fairs introducing all sorts of materials and brands to visitors. -POSAO I KARIJERA d.o.o.A job agency through which I came in touch with multiple companies.Where after it, I got back to IT. Which I was working on every spare minute I could find.
