Convinced that the financial sector is one of the main forces for positive ESG (environmental, social and governance) change, I work and research analyzing and driving sustainability in a sector that must adapt quickly to regulatory, bank supervisor and societal requirements. I do my PhD analyzing how the financial sector is advancing in sustainability through sustainability regulations, the analysis of current business models such as leasing or new risks such as greewashing. In addition, looking for synergies in my day-to-day work, I work integrating sustainability in a transversal way, responding to regulatory requirements, the supervisor and the strategy defined in sustainability by the entity and, therefore, in the adaptation of policies, in the management, control, monitoring and reporting of risks and in the dissemination of information on sustainability.
