I'm currently working as fulltime consultant on Fincantieri. I'm following multiple projects, that can be divided into three main branches: third party tool customizations, desktop applications and web applications. My role, in addition to active developing, is to: design solutions architectures; lead the developer teams and coordinate them following Agile principles; support junior developers (giving them help in the hardest task and doing code reviews); help Fincantieri's IT in business analysis thanks to my experience and know how aquired during my past years.
