Reporting to the EMEAI Sales Vice President, I am responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of all after-sales activities, relating to the installation of the company's products, mainly within the Transportation & Logistics and Manufacturing sector throughout the EMEAI region, with direct reporting and I lead teams of Project Managers, Technical Support Engineers, Field Service Engineers and Back Office staff. Main responsibilities: • Ensure the effectiveness of all after-sales processes • Responsibility for Budget and KPIs • Continuous improvement (rationalization of processes and procedures, promotion and dissemination of a culture of continuous improvement throughout the team).

My focus is to define strategy according to company policies and develop "service products" and relevant structure. Today, we provide installation & commissioning of systems and/or serial products, remote support, condition monitoring, help desk support, call out 24/7, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and retrofit. Training, consulting and HW/SW design complete our offer.Involved in preparation of reports and statistics related performance, productivity and others KPIs.Define and contribute to operational budget definition.
