CellEra ( www.cellera-inc.com ) is the first mover in the development and commercialization of a Platinum-Free-Membrane Fuel Cell (PFM-FC) technology, based in our developed AMFC (anion exchange membrane fuel cell AEM-FC) technology. CellEra’s mission is to turn fuel cell power into a mass-market reality by making it truly affordable and reliable.Co-founder and VP R&D and Engineering, developing a novel and disruptive Alkaline Membrane Fuel Cell (AMFC) technology, hydrogen based kW scale Pt-free AMFC stack product, and ammonia based Pt-free AMFC stack system. Rafael (http://www.rafael.co.il/) is the main R&D authority for the Israel Ministry of Defense. The Thermal Battery Plant in Rafael is a unique unit recognized worldwide with high-end costumers in the U.S., Europe and Asia. As a general manager of the Thermal Battery Plant, I was in charge of all Marketing, R&D, engineering, operations, production and quality activities. During this period we reached our highest records in production and sales, including new contracts with worldwide leading companies such as Lockheed Martin, US Air Force, US Navy, TDA/Thales, General Dynamics, Textron Systems, Elbit Systems, Motorola, and Otomelara, among others.Specialties: Business and Technology Leadership, Leading international projects, Management of high-end technology company. During this period I led a multidisciplinary team of 20 engineers developing the core battery technology and high reliable battery products. The developed battery products gained worldwide recognition and were distinguished as the state-of-the-art of this technology. The high power batteries are used in emergency systems, critical backup power and other applications in the most sophisticated and reliable systems all over the world. Led all research activities of Thermal Battery Technology. Authored a few patents on materials and state-of-the-art batteries. Developed and designed of new batteries and battery technologies. Started new development of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) and molten carbonate fuel cells (MCFCs), using knowhow and previous experience of molten salts and advanced ceramic processes.

Production of unique synthetic raw materials for the Flavor and Fragrances Industries.

Production of "Cordoba" and "Rio Segundo" beers. Responsible for all the production process and chemical lab activities. In charge of production QC/QA, from raw materials to final product. Led the development of new techniques and tools for beer quality improvement.
