About Dario V Forte

I am a technology, AI, and cybersecurity Leader, entrepreneur, and investor. With extensive experience in the HyperAutomation, AI, and information security sectors, I have a track record of building companies from the ground up and leading them to multiple exits. So far, I've been directly involved in two multi-million VC funding rounds (As a Founder and CEO), a 40x multiple Exit (As a Founder and CEO), a Nasdaq IPO (as a Senior Executive), and a multi-billion PE Buyout (as a Senior Executive). Following the acquisition of DFLabs by Sumo Logic, where I had the opportunity to contribute to several strategic and innovative projects, i am currently focusing on investment and strategic technology development projects for companies and investment funds in the Cybersecurity, AI, sectors. I co-hold five U.S. Software Patents and I have co-edited 3 ISO Standards in this sector. Before that, I spent 15 years in Cyber and Organized Crime Enforcement, working in the USA with NASA and many federal agencies. As a practitioner, I managed Cyber Security Strategies and undertook incident management and digital investigations, advising more than 150 companies with annual revenues above the 400Mln Euros mark. I also served as a Senior Member of the Advisory Board of Clementy Asset Management LP, a London-based Family office operating in Company Restructuring and Investments. In this role, I advised Clementy on Risks, Technology, and Security Investments.As a Builder, I am experienced in Building and Managing Security and Enterprise Software and Services Businesses, including but not limited to: Relationships with Investors (VC and PE), Business Partners, Investment Bankers, Audit Committees, Industry analysts, and Customer Advisory boards.I wrote 100+ articles and scientific papers (with over 500 mentions and citations) in the Cyber Security sector, Contributing as a Speaker to international conferences such as BlackHat, WorldBank, AGC, RSA, and NATO.Many international media, such as Forbes, VentureBeat, Voice of America, and Dark Reading, have interviewed me.I graduated in Organizational Science from the University of Turin, an MBA from the University of Liverpool, and an Executive Education from Harvard Business School.I am considering recruiter contacts for Board of DIrectors and Advisors positions only.
