• Maintained a data center composed of over 700 Windows virtual and physical servers, routers, switches, and SANs, on a team of five. Included patching, upgrades, and some design. Contributed to two data center migrations for healthcare SaaS products used by over 400 customer facilities. Built PowerShell modules for automation and monitoring. • Managed cloud based productivity tools, created and maintained policies, and provided documentation for over 100 employees, contractors, and interns.• Performed third-tier technical support for company of 100 employees in four sites. Maintained HIPAA compliance for company through encryption and usage policies. • Built and monitored over 120 IPSec VPN tunnels in six company locations including designing process runbooks, training, creating and enforcing policies, maintaining inventory and monitoring, mass migrations, and managing partner/vendor relationships.• Migrated company from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 (in 2012), and then migrated company from Exchange 2010 to Exchange Online under Office 365 (in 2014).• Migrated company from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint Online under Office 365 (in 2017).

Senior Network and Systems Technical Analyst:• Deployed and maintained the University's 75+ servers encompassing installs, upgrades, imaging, file shares, and backups. This also includes E-mail, web utility, and administrative servers for 13,000 users. • Maintained, upgraded, and documented a University Class B Network with 4000 Residential users, 7000 commuter users, and 2000 Academic users, on a team of 4 administrators.• Designed a Perl-based web interface for tracking network devices, which included a graphical status interface for each switch and router, using a MySQL backend and real-time SNMP calls.• Planned, documented, and performed an Active Directory Migration for the University, which included a multiple domain merge, and modernization of scripts pertaining to the University’s account maintenance.

Deployment Engineer:• Head of the “HawkPC” program of the Information Technology Services department, imaging and deploying new and used computer equipment for faculty, staff, and student computer labs. Customized hardware and user profiles for new employees and users requiring replacement systems. Created new images from scratch for each computer model to be used by faculty and staff of the University. • First and second level technical support representative helping students, faculty, and staff resolve network connectivity problems and manage University user accounts.
