From 15 June 2023 I joined EssilorLuxottica, with the role of EMEA Store&Building Maintenance Manager, within the Store Excellence Department.Since 2007 I've managed Integrated Facilities Services, working in the following roles: Facility Manager, Regional Manager, Operation Manager, District Manager and now Head of EMEA Stores&Buildings Maintenance.MAIN TASKS:- PEOPLE MANAGER: coordinate internal and external resources, Facility and Maintenance Managers and Specialists, technical staff and suppliers.- PLAN OUT SERVICING: solving problems; manage hard and soft services, security services, catering services and maintenance works; organize the solutions to guarantee Business Continuity at the managed Sites; prepare and manage budget, forecast and gap analysis for ordinary and extraordinary activities and projects (Opex and Capex); on-site coordinator for QHSE items; make technical and economic reports and due diligences; etc. - BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP: compare with Stakeholders about SLA and KPI, economicals, services-consolidation, improvement and innovation.- TYPE OF PROPERTIES MANAGED: Headquarters, Offices, Retail chains, Manifacturing Plants, Labs.SERVICES MANAGED:- HARD: Operation and maintenance of equipment and systems: HVAC, Electrical, Intrusion, Fire, cctv, etc.- SOFT: Reception, Cleaning, Landscaping, Pest control, Mail & Shipping, Security, etc.- CATERING & EVENTS: Collective catering and company canteens; vending and cafeteria. Organization and management of internal and external events: welcome, hospitality, estimates for the services offered (catering, set-ups, entertainment, etc.)ECONOMIC MNGT OF CONTRACTS AND REPORTING: -
