In charge of a Team of Agents, and responsible for the pomotion,management and development of the Company's business withing the following markets.Europe; Italy, France, Holland, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Germany.Asia; South Korea, Singapur.Oceania; Australia, New ZealandNorth America, Canada.Duties:- to built a full-scale sales operation from the ground up including database system, and recruitment of local salesman and Agents.- developing action plans for grow in target markets or specific customers.- iteracting with the sales team and key accounts regurarly to gain feedback on customerss needs, quality and service effectiveness.- organizing special sales project, such as new product intoduction, sales promotion.- infoming sales staff and Agents of all product issues, marketing objectives & programs.- Travelling extensively to meet key accounts and support local Agents.- Attenting the most important trade shows and exhibithions.Skills;- built business in new markets and areas.- building deep and lasting business relationship.- knowledge of how to manage customers with the geatest of care.- market / product knowledge and awareness of competitors.- higly organized, and able to prioritize and multitask.- meticulous attention to detail.
