Receipt of customer orders, their processing and subsequent allocation in the warehouse management system for picking and shipping to the customers.I also carry out activities in the warehouse such as picking, goods handling, packaging, and goods receipt.

Responsible for the automation of the goods receiving process and the implementation of a barcode scanning system for the subsequent handling.

Operator of bulk carriers (Panamax, post-Panamax, Capesize) and tanker vessels (Panamax, Product Carriers), chartered on time and voyage charter basis, transporting cargoes for Enel's thermoelectric power plants or third parties.My main responsibilities were to coordinate the relationships with Owners/Charterers, Masters/Crews, Shipping Agencies and Bunker suppliers. The ability to bargain on the prices of services and goods (fuel, tug boats, port expenses, etc…), as well as solving disputes with Ship Owners and/or third parties were part of my daily tasks. Monitoring vessels' performances, along with charterparties negotiations and revision, laytime calculations, claims handling and post-fixture activities completed my duties.

In the year 2006 my main duties were to manage the sea logistics of goods delivered from American and Eastern European markets into their final destinations (mainly the Mediterranean area), to take care of the customers' relationships and to decide the prices of goods in relation with the macroeconomic and microeconomic variables. Among other tasks I also coordinated the storage activities - including invoice checking - in the Eastern European market, and elaborated the statistics necessary for the performances evaluation of the sea transportation trade.From April 2003 till December 2005 I worked in the freight department as a Freight Specialist (Ship Operator of mainly Panamax dry-bulk carriers).
