Project Leader
CurrentOverseeing both technical and financial aspects of diverse projects valued up to €1M within the Aerospace & Defense sector.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the proposal and development of innovative technical solutions, effectively analyzing and translating customer requirements into actionable project plans.- Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs and align technical strategies with business objectives.- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and meticulously define the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ensure clear task allocation and project tracking.- Accurately estimate resource requirements for bids, contributing to competitive and realistic proposals.- Draft detailed technical offers and negotiate budgets to align project scope with financial constraints.- Set clear project objectives, quality standards, cost controls, and schedules to guide project execution from inception to completion.- Coordinate cross-functional development and testing teams, utilizing predictive, Agile, or hybrid methodologies to optimize performance and deliver projects on time.- Apply best practices and integrate lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.- Monitor project budgets rigorously and manage change requests to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.
