Proud to have worked for a company part of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, the world’s top name in luxury goods for travelers.- Oversaw all sales, marketing, and promotional programs for the Ports of Call Passenger Guide for over 60 European ports, published for Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Princess Cruises, and Disney Cruises.- Managed, coached, and supervised a team of 20 Port and Shopping Guides on 20 cruise ships throughout the Baltic & Mediterranean representing Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and Princess Cruises.- Responsible for all logistics surrounding the creation, preparation, and roll-out of the Annual European Conference. - Organized scripts and review all marketing, promotions, and sales strategies for 60 international ports of call with over 300 international clients.- Analyzed performance metrics to determine and measure targeted goals against actual results on a per voyage basis, thus create action plans and implement adjustments where necessary to meet business objectives.- Attended important trade shows like Couture and Luxury/JCK in Las Vegas, Baselworld in Basel, VicenzaOro in Vicenza and TFWA World Exhibition Conference in Cannes, to connect and secure marketing COOP operations with International Brands such as: Rolex, Cartier, Hublot, Tag Heuer, Dior, Frey Wille, Roberto Coin, Marco Bicego, Fope, Nanis, Chimento, Unoaerre, Chantecler, Pianegonda, Kabana, Majorica, Loewe, Lladro’, Global Refund, Hard Rock Café, Barcelona Turisme, Orrefors and Kosta Boda.
