I lead the team of data scientists and data engineers within Lottomatica IT to provide AI solutions for Business and Operations. I am responsible for the data platform and the strategic and technical vision of data valorization in the AI ​field. I contribute to the design of the cloud architecture and most of the processes regarding the data chain for the development, delivery and maintenance of AI solutions.I manage AI projects in the operations and business fields. I design broad-spectrum solutions, creating data models and virtual agents capable of extracting strategic information from large volumes of data from various sources.For each solution provided, I implement a measurement and monitoring system, creating fundamental metrics for continuous improvementI guarantee the quality of processes based on AI solutions and report all this to top management.

Conception, design, maintenance and evolution of an ML-ops framework written in Python and Pyspark on an on-premise platform to industrialize the work phases in the data science field. Process design to support the entire team of data scientists for organizing and promoting the dissemination of theoretical and practical knowledge on architectures, working methods, tool and algorithms. I worked quarterly / half-yearly on a new project. Within each project, I first played a purely operational role and then presided as technical manager of all the processes necessary to produce information based on the use of data mining techniques. The projects I worked on focused on the following areas:- fraud risk prediction of new activation of fixed lines;- cluster analysis for the evaluation of the network quality;- forecast collection of overdue credits;- forecast of the mobile churn;- forecast of contact and re-contact of the customer care structure.I studied the functioning of neural networks from a mathematical and geometric point of view.
